My niece got a serious beat down on the subway a year ago when she was visiting. She started crap with a man (it all began with her saying "What the fuck you looking at?" which are fighting words in the big city) and he and the two gals he was rolling with beat the shit out of her. I told her the next morning that she had it coming, and that next time she might be killed. I don't want to get into it but I cold cocked a young woman 2 years ago for the very same reason, which of course made me the bad person.
