Well, I'm to wash it with soft soap 3 to 4 times a day and use epsom salts on it several times a day, to help with healing. From what I understand, it will take 6 weeks to heal.

Right now it's still sore but it's not so bad that I cannot stand it. It is not swollen.

That looks great! I've been thinking of getting an industrial piercing myself, but I already have 8 piercings in my ears, which will suffice for a while now. (Yes, it is addictive.) The top ones always do hurt the most, since they have to get through cartilage. I pierced my own ears as a teenager... damn that hurt! Hope yours feels less sore soon!
