I don't like breast implants. I like small and large breasts. I've dated girls with 2 raisins on the breadboard. Very sensual. Size doesn't really matter with breasts. They all work.

As a matter of fact, I've come to like lean gals with small breasts. Especially when they go braless. Very sexy.

If I was a porn director, I would use only women with natural breasts.

Breast implants seem to end up looking like balloons. Breasts shouldn't stand straight up when a woman lies down. I like some sag. Turns me on. Same for standing. Some sag is good.

I like 'em all. Most of the time. Some implants get too carried away and then they become ugle, in my opinion. Other women are cursed with very unattractive breasts and feel so much better after they have implants.

Why am I even saying anything about what I like or dislike?

Shouldn't the owner of the breasts be the one that likes them or dislikes them? Shouldn't the owner be the one to decide what needs to be done or left alone?
