In this case I am talking about shellfish. I know! I know! Most of you probably just love lobster, crab and shrimp! But I don't. When I look at them, I find them very unappealing. I find them ugly little creatures!

I'm not real big on eating food that looks back at me either.

However, over a couple of decades association with military chow halls, I discovered that the most disgusting looking food was usually the best tasting.

My few encounters with fancy dining has also reinforced my belief inthe corollary that pretty food isn't fit to eat. If it is, there isn't enough to feed a flea.
