Cloudy's right. There are a few things that can actually cause your bones to form incorrectly and uglify body parts. Dancing is one of them for feet - especially ballet. Where the body's weight is placed is completely unnatural and screw everything up.
Riding horses with a saddle too much when you're young can also cause problems. The stirrups can cause the bones to deform. As can the boots if you happen to be riding hunter style.
