I understand the headline lol - did you hear about the guy who got run over in Portugal? He disappeared quickly, but his parachute was still wrapped around the wheels of a car at 2 in the morning when the car driver hit him.

I wanna know two things ... who the FUCK parachutes at 2am? And is this the same dude who was napping on the British railway tracks in the fall of 2006?
