this has to be one of the sillier posts i've seen. but here i am thowing out my 2 cents...

I think that instead of some gladiator style combat ladder system, it should be more along the lines of this.

First have an IQ test to sort things out.

Everyone under 100 (the so called average) goes into one group. These people could be in the military, do government work, police, IRS etc.

Take say 100-110 and put them in charge of those under 100.

110-120 could have a broader range of choices. Jobs that require more skill.

120-130 you're getting to the cream here, so they'd be sent to extra schooling and might further research medicine and so on.

130-145 and you're getting closer to genius levels and they'd be given even more opertunity.

145+ you are a genius so well, i'm sure you can find something for them to do..

Each bracket would only fight each other, as to avoid having a braindead zombie world from those who while strong, aren't the sharpest knives in the kitchen from running things.

This all sounds like alot of sci-fi books I used to read. Doesn't matter who is in charge. Male or female. Both genders have the same greed, jealousy, and power curruption inherent in any type of government. They might not be about the same things, but the results are. Government over so vast amounts of people be they male or female takes a balanced scale. We will only get that with both genders at the helm.

But the gladitorial Death matches and such. All for it. Wars should be fought that way, gang fights, even personal disputes. Would greatly decrease the loss of innocents due to stray bullets and such. I believe our leaders be they male or female should battle this way in order to not only be our leader but if there is a war. It is fought by them, not the cannon fodder they send to die in their name.Would this breed muscle and no brain. No, survival has proven this. As a person that has spent much of my life in the martial pursuits and traveled to many countries from it I can tell you one thing. Brains can and often do outwiegh brawn. If it didn't the human race would still be prey.

You may be on to something. However, the average should be required to undertake brawny sorts of activities. If their mind is average, their bodies should be above average. Then, they should train to sub to the Ovarian Society.

I saw a movie afew weeks ago, or part of it, anyway.

It was post WW III. As a result of the third world war, the US military had been developing genetic war fare weaponry. They used this weaponry without fully testing and tweaking it. The weapons were sent to the mid east and were bombs that killed men, thereby wiping out complete cultures etc.

However, the plan backfired and all but a handful of men were killed. The end result was a society for and run by women. Men, or "Y's" as they were called were jailed or used in high end whorehouses on the black market.

All women were either a sexual or lesbian.

The movie was based on a scientist developing a "Y" in a test tube that was born and fully matured. The story was the story of this "Y" finding himself in a society wherein he was seen as monsterous and aggressive and would be immediately imprisoned if found out.

Of course, the women blamed men for wiping themselves out. Law enforcement appeared to be operated by women who could remember abusive men and the havoc brought on by the more aggressive gender. So, not only was it a society of women, it was a society of man haters.

Hmmm interesting concept?
