Hi Ginny and Tort!

How did you know I was hungry?

I like hot sauce on chicken cutlets.

I thought of you Thanksgiving week, Tort, as I think you're into great cheese, and I purchased a really yummy blue Stilton. It took a lot of self control to stop myself from eating the whole thing.

So what are your favorite crackers for good cheese?

Munch,
Lioness

Definitely go with a good low-salt water cracker. Salty crackers are fine with normal cheeses, but not the good stuff. Actually, with most REALLY good cheeses, I prefer to enjoy them with fruit and/or some good bread, or even "the cheese stands alone." ;)

Speaking of hot sauce, I just tried the Tabasco Chipotle pepper sauce over the weekend, and it was quite yummy. Nice smoky background with just the right bite. Yum!
