My hash browns were hash blacks, most of which ended up in the garbage.

How was your dinner?

Delivery pizza as usual. Great thing is, if they burn it, you'll never know. :D

I did however make breakfast this morning, French toast and eggs. Nothing got burned (this time).

dinner is served!

i didnt have to cook supper tonite. kind of cheated... a friend of mine is retiring and we had a little get to gether with him and had a few drinks and pizza and wings. then i took the mrs out for supper at a local restaurant. it is our 4th anniversary.

Do you want to make it to your fifth anniversary? :p

What are you doing here at Lit with us instead of spending the night in bed (or where ever) with your wife???

LOL Cheyenne

we are not alone here.
but thanks anyway for the thought.

I just got done with a really excellent homecooked Mexican dinner.

Roasted Corn/Red Bell Peppers/Onion medley
Tostadas from scratch
Sweet Corn Cake for dessert

Ahhhh! :) I am a happy girl.

i tried out my George Foreman grill and made this recipe that came with it... i cant remember what its called, but its like a hamburger with a sausage taste to it.. very spicy. and i made it with ground turkey instead of beef so it was lowfat too... which made it better.. i had a baked potato with broccoli on it to go with it... it was really good

smoldreing?

I didn't even get a chance to burn my lunch today. I poured some extra virgin olive oil in the pan to re-heat some home made pasta and left it while I checked my e-mails. Well, I came back to a burnt pan and ate my pasta cold, which was still as tasty.

Never, I wouldn't recommend it! I didn't even try tonight. A nice tv dinner stir fry worked well in the microwave. Even I can do that well.
