The only thing to remember is there is no stripping, so you have to leave the house naked... If you get caught taking your clothes off in public you can get in trouble

I don't get it dear. You live in Miami so you are close to Haulover Beach, part of which is clothing optional. It's the only legal nudist beach in South Florida. It's located near Miami Beach. As a former Miami resident I very familiar with Haulover Beach.

There's always South Beach, you can't go nude but you can go topless. It's not really legal but I assure you you'll never be arrested for going topless there.
