Chante Mallard was the woman that hit a guy so hard he imbedded into her windshield and she drove home and parked the car in the garage with him still in the windshield .
went in had sex and drugs with her boyfriend and every hour or so came out and apologized to her victim. reports anywhere from 1 day to 4 days he was alive in the cars windshield before he died and she and the boy friend dumped the body

Chante Mallard on the other hand let the man die slowly. There was a callous disregard for his life and did nothing to help him. She had an oportunity to save him but let him die like an injured animal.

so the nearest phone to call for parameds or ambulance , firedept police etc was 24 hours away,

He did try to do something to hrlp. It was the wrong thing no doubt about it. i am not disputing that . But the Chante Mallard chick had lots of time to help and did nothing.

Teddy went home slept showered and then reported the accident.........I believe it was almost 12 to 15 hours before it was reported He knew Mary Jo was in that car and did nothing.....Now I have been in an accident...Had a kid turn left in front of me and I hit him almost head on....Now I was pumped on adrenilin but still had the sense to run to a phone and call the police....Teddy got away with it cause hes a Kennedy and there special people......
