How does it come about that so many people from here talk on the phone? I can think of maybe two people that I really keep in touch with via the phone from Lit. I guess I'm just not one of the Lit social butterflies.

I talk to 3 people from here, on a daily basis. I can't really explain how it happened to be that way. Just made a connection to them on a particular level, that have made them a part of my life that way.

It's not just you, Minxy. I rarely talk to folk from here on the phone, even the ones who live here! Mainly cuz I hate talking on the phone, but also cuz I can't really justify a huge long distance bill, ya know?

On the other hand, I do get invited to the quilting bees pretty often.

I've talked to a bunch of people on the phone.

I even ran up 50 bucks on my credit card calling Mistress once this past spring when I was drunk and angry about something

I don't really talk to anyone on a regular basis though, everyone is long distance and I'm not rich.

While I only talk to one person regularly, there is the matter of LIT social functions, 2 of which I've attended. I think you're quite the envy of the gang in that regard, yourself.
