Bush's rhetoric over the past few days is fast taking America down the road to destruction.
Disquiet in Europe will probably lead to more widespread and vociferous protest, and I mean at Government level. The people in the street will protest anyway. No matter what.
And there is a strong possibility that any coalition will break up, leaving America to go it alone.
The "axis of evil" reference hasn't endeared him or America to the many friends you have throughout the Middle East. But it's a friendship which Bush seems intent on straining to breaking point.
I don't know why he's doing what he's doing, you don't know and European Governments certainly don't know. Part of their disquiet is that Bush isn't telling them what's going on.
Does he want America destroyed?
Seems like it at the moment.
Let's hope the Democrats will finally get their collective finger out and start acting like an opposition.
Otherwise I advice you all to invest in good, solid, nuclear bomb shelters...
