Yeah, it's more vanity and irony than genuine hypocrisy. If she yelled at someone for getting a tummy tuck or a new nose, then she becomes a hypocrite.

I had a friend in college who was barely five four and might have weight 100 pounds sopping wet with bricks in her back pockets. Nonetheless, she had a rack that made me feel underendowed. Her mother was a lovely woman, slightly taller, and hers... lets just say she had o special order her bras.

By and large, a big bust on a small frame is probably the result of self-improvement, but, there are some women who are just blessed/cursed with it.

Incedntally my friend got a major reduction about two years after I left school. She's a lot happier now and dosen't feel so conspicuous.

I think what he's saying is that she was muscular. Since breasts are fat, when you get muscular through the chest, you get very flat. In order for a woman who is fairly muscular through the chest to have D sized boobs, they'd have to be fake.

Generally, you can tell by looking. If they lift without a bra, and are both the exact same size and shape, that's a pretty good indication. Boobs don't defy gravity and they are very rarely naturally the same exact size and shape.
