Hypersensitive nipples

Desperate for suggestions. My tits have grown a cup size in the past month, my nipples are always hard, and hypersensitive to everything I wear. I'm not pregnant (sad) so I don't know what's causing the change. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions of how to release or relieve some of the sensitivity?

I grew a cup size when I was 25. Not sure that my nipples got any more sensitive. Are you *sure* you're not pregnant? I went from a C cup to an F cup overnight.

Putting chilled cabbage leaves in your bra relieves sore nipples but I used them when I was pregnant/breastfeeding so maybe it would help?

A diet change can cause this so can the pill. Ibuprofen generally helps so does the mentioned cabbage leaf idea.

Few runners openly talk about it, so, let me tell you what they do.

You need to put on plasters (ie. Band aid) on your nipples because the shirt, even the ones made of the softest fabric, will rub against your nipple and chaff them.

Add the salty sweat and you have an unwanted personal BDSM session.

Moral of the story, try putting on band aids.
