News from NASCAR
In a bold move, Jeff Gordon fired his long time pit crew, replacing them with unemployed ghetto youth, thereby taking advantage of a new government program offering tax breaks for persons who employ these youths.
Gordon was impressed when he saw a police surveillance video where the youths removed all four wheels from a parked car in six seconds. Gordon's former crew took eight seconds using expensive equipment.
It was thought to be a bold move by Gordon as most races are won or lost in the pits. However Gordon got more than he bargained for.
First utilized at the Talladega 500, the youths removed the wheels in six seconds, replaced them, changed the car's paint color, altered the VIN number and sold it to Dale Earnhart Jr. for 10 cases of Bud Light and a baggie of weed.
