I can very much relate to what you are saying.

I suppose humiliation or punishment is a very subjective thing. Master makes many of the same comments to me, or requests statements of me in the same vein, but I don't think of them as humiliating or punishing in the least. Instead, they make me feel rather pleased and proud. Sometimes a little uncomfortable, especially early on when I wasn't used to it, but after 15 years together he usually just makes me grin.
