Tragic loss that's just heartbreakingly sad

A parent's worst nightmare, surely. Such a horrible tragedy.

It's very sad. My son was on the road with his various teams every weekend for over 9 months of the year. It only takes an instant for everything to change. I hugged him so much today...happy he's safe and sound and feeling awful for those grieving parents.

I made a donation through goFundme when I heard about the tragedy. I can't imagine what their families, friends and teammates are going through. I still cry when I read a new story.

We've contributed through our local hockey team and the school will be participating in jersey day. I hate to see tragedy but it does warm my heart that helping seems to be happening from the heart and so quickly.

Every time I read a new story about the crash, the tears run down my face. It breaks my heart to think of the families.
