Whatever became of the idea that man serves man..... lives with one-another as a brother/friend/compassionate soul?

Nowadays, I wonder...

I've lived all the days of my life in search of compassion for my fellow man... what do I get in return? Sodd off !(Brittsh for fuck off!) usually!

That sucks!

What as a race have we become? What was once a race based upon love has been turned into a race of "fuck you!...I have mine, go and get yours!"

This sucks!

What pray tell do we do now?

Move to New Zealand? :)

Seriously there are still a lot of people who give a damn and try to make a difference.
I have noticed though because of the high level of crime, people are more suspicious. "Can I help you? Can be a genuine offer or some punk who will gladly steal from you.
I often offer my help to old people, people with young children etc. Most are extremely grateful, others just look and politely say no thanks but they look long and hard first.

My point exactly... why try anymore? why?

Those who have, keep it.
Those who want it, will never have it.
Those of us that know the difference care not for it!

It....................... so fucking what!

It to me is love for one's fellow human being...... not money/bucks/cash! But then, what the FUCK do I know?

The reason youkeep trying, is tht every so often you get through to someone and a little bit of good gets spread around.

Since you're in the mood to comment on the state of society, you might have an answer for my thread: http://www.literotica.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=102599

Why keep trying? Because if some of us don't then life and society will go down the crapper.
What goes around comes around, if you help 10 people and one of those 10 people follows your example and helps someone else then the cycle continues and multiplies. :)
Don't stop trying, then the fuckers who don't care win. Carry on being who you are for the benefit of yourself, your family, friends and for our society. :rose:

Here's my answer...

Whether black or white... blue or yellow... purple or green even... we are humanity! As such, we have the ultimate of responsibilities to love one-another as if we were in eachother's shoes...

What's wrong with walking up to a total stranger and saying..."I Love You"?... Nothing in my book, yet I am a product of a family that has served humanity in every American war since we came here just before the American Civil War...

I just want to be able to walk up to someone and say... "Hi!, How are you?!"... without being looked upon as a freak or them running away thinking that I was trying to set them up for something gruesome...

To me, it seems, That we as a people have lost sight of our basic humanity. Why is that?...

It is trite to say, I know, but the mass media plays a role...

And I think I am in love with your AV, sir!
