I'd like to know if when writing story on Lit, can I use HTML tags? Nothing to fancy, just paragraphs, italics and horizontal lines (hr).

That's the official list of supported tags, though someone recently said they used the <kbd> and it worked.

Be sure to close any tag you use, or it'll cascade down the rest of the page. Laurel may kick it back for formatting in that case, she did in the one story I have that had italics and bold.

Yes, <kbd> works, but I haven't used it yet. (I have a file for experiments.) It might be useful to show text messages within the story, or for some purpose where a document is supposed to be reproduced.

This is the first time I've read that, and it's useful. Yet, italics, bold, and links (only to other parts of the site allowed) are the most often used.
