HTML Code is Incorrect?

For the first time in almost a year and a half (and 50+ stories posted), I got one bounced back because of my HTML code. All I use is <i></i> and <center></center>. I did use links and whatnot in the foreword and afterword, but I copied and pasted them from my last story that went through with no issues. Would anyone like to take a peek and let me know what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!

This was the explanation of why my story was rejected:

Your HTML code is not quite correct, and will not display properly as it currently is in the document. Please see this FAQ for more information: https://literotica.com/faq/publishing/publishing-text-formatting

I'm an HTML goblin, I could take a look for you😁

Most likely you've just got a tag that isn't closed properly, I've done that before!

Thank you. I'm very tech unsavvy. But I did do a search in the document to make sure all the < had a > and all the <i> and </i> were the same number, etc.

I'll message it to you. Thank you!!

I remember the FAQ saying that Lit prefers <em> instead of <i>. Maybe they've got rid of <i> altogether. And apparently for centring text they prefer "<p align="center">...</p>".

Also, just forgetting a </> won't get your story bounced. I speak from experience.

Usually (I guess depending on the time of day I submit) my stories pass "pending" in two days. My re-submission of this story is in its third day of "pending." That's what happened last time and it bounced back, so I'm not entirely confident this time. I've been doing the same thing with all of my stories for almost a year and a half and have not had this issue, so I am stumped. Also, my understanding is that the "preview" in the submission process is WYSIWYG and it all looked fine. I just wanted to post an update. We'll see...
