I eat them in a crusty white bread roll with raw red onion, a bit of lettuce and some tartare sauce. Simple, gutsy but delicious food using local fish.

The rooms in the hotel did not have numbers, they had names. Our room name was Orchidea. Every time I see your name, I think about the lovely lady I spent time with in that room.

It's a typo. It was supposed to be Coogan from a movie character played by Clint Eastwood. It was a favorite of mine when I was a teen.
I didn't see the typo until it all was registered and then I couldn't change it.
But I don't care by now. It works.

Oh, that is lovely. I'm glad my username evokes good memories to you.
I like the idea having names instead of room numbers. There is a hotel close to alla Scala here in Milan and their rooms don't have numbers but the names of various opera (e.g. Carmen, Aida). Also the theme of the room is based on that opera.
