Follow the instructions and remember to resize your pic

When you click on userCP in the top left of the page all the edit options should be there.
Edit signature
Edit profile
etc etc

Yes, all of that is there, simply no av options. Perhaps someone has to physically add that option. I appreciate your help. I will simply wait and see.

try logging out & logging back in again. you've obviously hit the post requirement, it may be taking lit a while to catch up.

logging out & back in again might force it to catch up.
