Lube, use lots and lots of lube! And relax. I think those are the most important points.

Maybe start out by using your fingers and then gradually work up to using a dildo. Just relax and take your time.

Lube, Lube, Lube. Start with smaller size in her harness first or start with smaller plug. Work up in size slowly. Do not start with larger size first. That would be the road to great discomfort.

I find that progressive buttplugs work well. If you have a tendency to clinch your anal muscles or if they spasm, it may take a while to relax enough to withstand anal play for any length of time.

So start with a small plug & get comfortable with that, and move up to the next size etc. until you are comfortable with a plug the approximate size of the dildo you plan to use.

And like everyone says, LUBE, LUBE, & THEN LUBE SOME MORE!
