How to upload edited story

I have been trying to upload an edited part of my story and the FAQs say it should take around 48 hours. It's been about 2 weeks and when i message for support no one responds. Can anyone give me advice?

Submit the story as if it was a new story but add - EDIT to the end of the title. Also in the note to Admin just put EDIT.

Um they take about a week to process. If it's still in pending after two weeks PM Laurel.

Also, is it in pending on your dashboard?

It was pending for 2 weeks and then i resubmitted it incase it got missed. Also sent 2 pms, no response.

Yes still showing pending on the dashboard.

Did you PM - Private Message, Laurel or did you email her? All the public email account for Lit are so overloaded with spam they just tend to ignore those. PM's are the only point of contact.
