How to turn off Microcrap Internet Explorer Content Advisor

If niether you nor the owner of the computer know the password?

I am trying to fix a newbies computes and he has it buggered up.

Somehow he set up the content advisor and has no clue as to what his pasword is.

It won't open any page besides the home page http://www.yahoo.com it can't even open a search.

Is there something to download to bypass it or some file hidden on this thing somewheere that might have the pass word.
