I feel so free! Woohoo! What's the first thing you do when you're single? I've been in 3 almost consecutive long-term relationships since high school and I'm looking for ideas. I'm working now too so I don't have as much time as I did during college. Oh, the places I could go!

I started with a make it or break it list. I knew from day 1 what I wanted and what I didn't want. It's kept me single and it seems easy to have lovers. I seem to have more than I ever dreamed I'd have. It never fails but everyone seems to be at different places with their singleness. In my (hopeful) progression, now a days someone who has the time and interest to have a friendship are ranked high. I've only been single for 3 years, but in many ways I've learned to like myself again and I'm working my way to love. Best question I ever heard on my first date, was "what would you like sir?". Made me thing uuummmmmmmmmmmmmm?????

I'd sit. In silence. I'd get up and go to the kitchen and not have to answer what I was doing.

take

Take some advice from an old guy who's been through a rodeo or two and has the bumps and bruises to show for the experience. It is something I wish someone had told me. FIRST, get to know and like yourself to the point that you are not looking for another person to "complete" you, make you whole, or fix you. That's not as easy as it may sound but you'll thank yourself for having done so.

X2!!!!!

I've been through a few rodeos myself, and a relationship is something and someone that you want to incorporate into your life, not need to complete it. Having an significant other should add joy to your life, not stress and drama.

There is something about you that is just so sweet, sexy, and so pretty in your profile picture!
