Thanks for all the ideas, everyone! I do tell him I appreciate him and more, but it never feels like enough, so I will definitely use some of these ideas.

If you've ever watched Chef Morimoto on the Food Network, they're HIS line of knives.

I just wanted to say, Morimoto is pretty much my favorite person on Food Network, besides Alton Brown.
