How To Relax

CREATE RELAXATION ANCHORS.

I create relaxation anchors on my body. Regardless of whats happening, when I touch an anchor I soon relax and chill-out. Mostly I use the tops of my hands or my ears, places less likely to be activated by contact unless its a handshake or embrace.

To create an anchor do this:

Get comfortable and relaxed OR wait till youre comfortable and relaxed, then touch the spot where you want the anchor. Repeat until touching the spot makes you feel good.

CAUTION: Occasionally I injure the anchor spot, and feel no pain or discomfort. It happened yesterday. I collided with something, and the skin is all bruised, but it doesn't hurt. I had no idea till it was pointed out to me.
 
Bourbon and a cigar work pretty well for relaxation. So does a fishing rod and lake
 
That's why I only sip one glass with said cigar, normally around a camp fire. Camp fires are also relaxing

Indeed they are.

You cant help but relax if youre around relaxing people and activities.
 
A warm bath. I have one every day and it is really the only time I am alone in peace and quiet.
