Let's see, stop drinking alcohol, it has a negative effect on fluids in the body. Do drink water, but not soda since soda has a negative effect on the taste and doesn't really add that much in the way fluids. Before you ask soda has plenty of other things in it besides water, why I said alcohol, beer has plenty of water.
There are only two things that I've seen make an effect on the size of my loads. And this is all part of an experiment I've been running since I was a teen.
1. Go longer between cumshots. I can't do that personally, because I'm a horny bugger. But in the instances where I've been forced to go without cumming for, God forbid, more than a day, the loads were bigger.
2. The other thing is loads of foreplay. The more work up, the more load.
Usually it's do it again but then it's really rude to just say, fuck me again because it suggests you didn't do it well enough.
I hear that drinking a whole bottle of Magnesium Citrate creates a HUGE load.
[Edit: Actually, don't. I'm a little scared that somebody might do this... haha]
I don't think that's the kind of huge load he was looking for. Ewwwww....but you did make me laugh!!
Well, mission accomplished, Christopher. Thank God you added the edit. The thought of someone reading this and saying to themselves, "ooh, i've got to get me some of that" made me giggle. But then again, someone told me just the other day that "medical people" are "freaks"! Can you believe the nerve??!!
Hydration is definitely key, so drink plenty of water and avoid too much of anything that's either a diuretic (caffeine, alcohol) or causes water retention (sugar, salt).
Chris might be able to give you some more info on this, but I did some research on improving semen and sperm quality several years ago, and one of the things I kept running into was the suggestion of making sure you're getting plenty of zinc. Most people, but men in particular, are zinc-deficient, so adding a reasonable amount of zinc via zinc-rich foods and/or a supplement can help all sorts of things, including the quality (including quantity) of your semen.
A bunch of factors indicated my husband was seriously zinc deficient, so he started taking a supplement once or twice a day, and we did notice an increase in seminal volume. We both took Selenium as well, but IIRC, that was more of a fertility thing.
Obviously you need to use a healthy dose of common sense and it's always a good idea to talk to your doctor before you take any kind of supplement.
I've been through IVF, and the reproductive specialists say three days is the optimal period for withholding for best results in the cup.... if you will.
I wasn't askingHowever if you think that's bad, my husband once had to go 6 months without it. Not by choice for either of us, though it didn't make it any better.
You mean 6 days.
Well, wait a minute... you're assuming there's a problem. He just wants to cum more. He's not saying that he's deficient. There's probably no need to intervene.
The fact is, all this guy has to do is make sure he's getting a basic, one-a-day multivitamin. No need to give him a supplement for just one dietary necessity when we can shotgun it and make sure he's getting all vitamins and minerals in one tablet.
If he's concerned about it, see Dr. MD.
"Doc, I just want to blow a HUGE load... and it's just not happening." haha
I'm not assuming anything. I'm simply passing on what I've read and experienced, as well as suggesting that the OP might want to consider whether or not he could be zinc-deficient based on his diet, lifestyle and health factors. For many men, a multivitamin doesn't provide enough zinc. My husband was taking a good multivitamin, but the zinc supplementation was still helpful for his overall health, semen volume and sperm quality. I do better when I supplement with zinc along with taking a quality multivitamin as well. Anecdotal evidence? Sure, but it still might be something the OP wants to check out.

I'm going to just say that this isn't really that big of a deal. However, I disagree with you about the One-A-Day multivitamin not providing enough zinc. I just looked up the RDA vs. what's labeled on several One-A-Day products.
Recommended Daily Allowance: 11 mg zinc
Most One-A-Day Products (even for women): 15 mg zinc

I'm not a doctor so don't get on my case about what I'm about to say. Minimum daily requirements as listed on multivitamin packages are usually based on some amount necessary to keep you alive or prevent some sort of disease or condition. In many cases, supplementation is necessary to reach optimum performance in certain people, particularly if they have some other related issue that could benefit. In recent years, it's been shown for instance, that much larger amounts of Vitamin D3 are desirable for improving resistance to conditions like dabetes, or coronary artery problems, or osteoporosis than are the minimum levels shown to prevent rickets that used to be common (especially in children) issue a hundred years ago. It has been shown that zinc supplementation can be beneficial for improved testosteron levels as well as improvements in other areas of health. No, one should not go crazy and take mega doses because some vitamins and/or minerals (such as Vit D and chromium) can indeed be toxic in large doses.
We don't know the OP's reason for wanting larger ejaculate volume. Is he perhaps looking for improved sperm production which isn't really related to semen per se, or is he just wanting to look like the new Peter North and impress his girlfriends? We don't know. If he's serious about it and has a real issue with extremely scant semen production, he really should see a doctor before popping a lot of pills based on advice from people here.
