After you've uploaded your story and filled in all the necessary information on the first page, press the "Preview&Publish" button at the bottom right of the page.I am sure this is a common question, but I cannot find it in the FAQs or forums. Sorry if this is a repeat. I would like to see how my story is going to appear when published. How can I do that? It is currently uploaded as a draft.
I believe it's in edit mode when you can make changes. It helps to stay in that until near submission, so you don't have to toggle back and forth a lot. I hope jimplx can understand what I'm talking about. If you've uploaded it as a draft and not a doc, down at the bottom of the page is a button 'Preview and Submit' or something like that. Press that button, and you'll get a view of what the published story will look like. Then you have two choices, save and continue working on the story or publish. You can edit only buy hitting the save and continue working button.
Actually the submission's box starts off in "edit mode" where you can make changes, and then it can be put into "preview mode" where you can see the results. However, to make changes. you have to go back to edit. It easier to just see it compared with my attempts to describe it.You paste your story into the box and then hit preview (as many times as your want) before you hit the actual submit.
