Hey lovely humans! I am completely unsure where to market my stories. I love writing and have really found my niche with erotica, but I’m not sure how to market it. Any answers or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Hypno. Hard to answer without knowing more what you mean by 'marketing.'. This is a free website so no money will be made. The other troublesome aspect of posting on a free site, there is a certain (highish) degree of theft with posting elsewhere under other names and potential charge. Fighting these thefts is a bitch.

Now marketing what you post here? There's a Forum here for stories Here.
Here in the AH you can add a link to your stories, even promote them in your Sig line.
Always respond to any comments and emails/pms. Build your fanbase. Engage with readers.

This is also a question I have had for a while. Not really to sell, but to just build engagement. I have heard ofothers/thought of using Twitter/X to just be a platform to pontificate, maybe even Reddit or tumblr if I just want to throw stuff out there like pictures of characters and such.

Beyond that I’d love to hear what others do!

I've always found timely responding to comments, emails and pm(conversations) works the best for building a fanbase. I know several that went with social media platforms as promotion and I tried Twitter but with very little reaction.
