How to insert smileys

Smiley's in your posts
There are three kinds of smilies.
1: The icon you select at the top of your post, which is displayed next to the title in the forum listing, and at the top of your post.
2: Converted text smilies. A colon and a small 'p' without spaces between them is interpreted as a command to put a smily that sticks it's toungue out at you in that spot. eg
3: GIF images from a smily collection elswhere on the net.
the basic instructions and a link to "Crack's Smilies" can be found by clicking the underlined word "smilies" at the top of the reply form.
Or you could search this forum for one of the other twelve threads on how to post smilies and images.

What are other text commands OR where can I find them?

You can use the image tag example url of smiley if i remember right

On my profile page it says my img code is off. How do I turn it on? When I copy and paste a smiley from the cracks page it just shows the text.

To put an image in your signature line, you need to use HTML code instead of the Vb codes.
<img src="http://cwm.ragesofsanity.com/s/sally/liplick.gif">
will display the image (http://cwm.ragesofsanity.com/s/sally/liplick.gif)in your signature.
