How to get back my old Profile??

Been trying to send emails etc to support . But havent heard back. Sure did hear fast when i started a new profile. Can i get a password reset to my old one so i can log in under that ?? HELP PLEASE...

The fast response when you created a new account would be an automated response, but for this you will need a person to step in. Manu appears to be monitoring that thread and I've seen several people post that they got back in with their old accounts.

For me personally, I was also unable to log in with this account at first, but the reset password feature did work. Do you have access to the email you used to create your original account? Either way, I'd post in the thread I linked above and I think that's the fastest route to help.

It told me i didnt have access to post in there yet LOL.... Post in there for me lol .Hopefully tech support we see this and help me...

I was unable to log in to my account too, but then I discovered that after the update it had reverted back to an old password from years ago! If you remember your old passwords, give those a try

Are you using remembered information? I overrode mine, and entered my email addy and password manually. Problem solved.

Hmmm... I haven't had a single problem, except having to slog through old post as every single post has suddenly become NEW!
