How to exclude some sections when viewing new posts?

Hey,

So I tend to read a bit around here, more than I actually post. When I'm reading I use the new posts button to peruse and order everybody's else's post. Something I would like to know is how can I exclude certain sections of literotica when using the new search function. For example I don't ever tend to read the playground section, so I was wondering if I could possibly have the new search function but excluding certain sections, if that makes sense?

You have to use the advanced search. You may have to search multiple times to search the forums your want to read.

I'm not sure how the "Subscribe" function works, but that should not only exclude forums you don't want, it can be set up to notify you when there are new posts.

Why not just go to each sub-forum that you ARE interested in? All of the threads with new posts are right on top...You can click on last post and go straight to the end of each thread.
