How do I add it to my reading list?

You have several options.

One, you email the story that you like to yourself, and download it.

Second, as meonline said, you add it to your reading list. The way you do that is when you have a found a story you like, click on the square with the arrow (mine is at the bottom screen). Out pops up a menu - tap on the "add to reading list". To access the reading list, go to your bookmarks (the icon that looks like an open book), and the first selection is reading list. Tap on the, and out pops your selections.

Third. Go to Safari, find the story you like, and read it off the web.

Fourth. Copy and paste your story onto your Notes, or any other reading app, such as Files: Document Reader (which is free, by the way). Actually, this might be your best shot, as you can transfer any documents to this app with a Wi-Fi connection.

Fifth. I can't think of a fifth.

If you do read the stories using option 2 and 3, you may wish to read in reader mode - on the web-bar, there's a button that says "reader". Tap that, and all you get is the story without any of the clutter.
