The rectum has sphincters (rings of muscle like the anus) at intervals along it, to facilitate movement/digestion and prevent anything from backing up the wrong way. It also turns sharply above the rectum, as you can see. I'm guessing your gf has encountered the sphincter at the top of the rectum. What she needs to do is work her way slowly past it, in the same way she worked her way into your ass to begin with. This might cause you abdominal pain and/or nausea however, which aren't all that arousing. Make sure she takes precautions like washing her hands thoroughly and ensuring her nails are trimmed/filed beforehand, to minimise the risk of any infection/trauma. Be aware that there's only so much lubrication in the ass/bowel, so too much thrusting may begin to cause you discomfort or leave you with discomfort afterwards. I found out by accident what the above post says. but i found out using an 8" dildo. i bought a thin long flexible dildo to investigate "further". one of those 12x1" double headed models. Used lots of lube and worked it in slow. The method i currently use is;

step 1. You will most likely need a very deep enema. Some are going to say that too much water during an enema can be unhealthy but this is a region that a normal enema wont gt too because there is a sphincter in the way.

step 2. Get a real flexible thin dildo. I stated with a 12"x1" or 18"x1" double head type. You are not going to use all of the 18" because you don't want to hurt yourself.

Step3. Lots of lube and get yourself relaxed to where the dildo hits that second sphincter easily. Then start to gently push up against it apply more pressure each time. You may have to experiment with putting your body in different positions and working the toy at different angles. You body isnt going to be exactly like everyone elses so pay attention to what your body tells you and go slow.

3. Its going to pinch a bit when it penetrates that second sphincter. don't panic and pull out too quick cause that sphincter will clench and then it will be more difficult to get back in. Keep in mind the toy has to make a turn here and your first time will probably not work or hurt quite a bit.

4. Once you have the toy around the corner it gets easier. Just leave it up there and take some time to get used to the feeling. Make very small gentle thrusts and stay in. go a little deeper each time. (i recommend the 12" for your first time so you dont go too deep)

5. Once you are comfortable you can "pull out" and go back in just keep taking your time.
5.b you may want to re-lube here too, that sphincter tends to push lube down the toy and may take a bit to get it lubed up good.

6. Remember when i said you may need a very thorough enema? Well, you'll find out if you did a good enough job now. So do be surprised if you get some debris.

If you can do all that then follow immediately with a thicker toy then eventually you might get to be able to take a fist. But remember this is a area not designed for this and it may take months or more of practice to get it right.
