Again as always this takes place in ToddLand and has no direct effect or bearing on reality
When we last talked we discussed how I made you willingly allow me to track and control your position all at the same time and did it all under the guise of it being done for your good welfare.
Today you are willlingly going to hand over your financial cares and concerns and be totally dependant upon me and my good will.
In The beggining
. . . money was not always a means to an end or a method of support. There were other means of acquiring what one needed through trade and/or barter system. Some smart people still live and trade by these standards those byu most they are seen as derilict or cultish and a little bit different, because they don't depend on the almighty dollar.
Programming
With time and planning and careful manipulation I introduce this paper and metal form of currency calling it money, and explained its ease of use, eventually establishing differing values of goods or services for this paper and metal. the idea was hugely successful based on the factor that people are generally lazy and this new money replaced hard work and effort of barter and trade, but soon I would bring back the work.
Progression
soon I decreed that jobs or effort be deemed payaable with my new money, but as a hitch as your loyal loving, benoloant leader I requested that a small little portion go to me so that I could go on making things better for you.
as time progressed I continually increased my share of the money you sweated for what I called as additional services I would give to you. I never did but you kept giving me the money anyways in hopes of a day when those promises of better time would come.
Now doing this had the hard workeres happy and secure in my grasp, now what about the lazy people, I had to take care of them to satisfy them to keep them from revolting from being poor. so what do I do?
Simple I giveout to them the money I took from you. now i can't request my tribute from them to keep my pockets stuffed, cause really the money they have is your money that I redistributed so that they would feel good. In order to keep this up I increase your burden, the working man by requesting and seizing more and more of more of your money, again with more promises that have no bearing on reality or anything that you have every seen me fuflfill.
Theft
Some people will begin to establish a repository of extra money though I will work hard to keep that from happening except for my friends {businesses and companies that can give me other things i want I will give them some breaks but still thier percentage will be a lot they just won't notice it as much as they have greater gross to doll from}
Carrying money can be combursome the wads of bills the wieght of metal and that is part of my planning, I will convert some of the smaller bills into heaver metal coins calling it cost efficent when its really just a meands to make you not want to carry the extra wieght.
So what I come up with next is a card that is connected to the bank where you can keep your money. this is just a small card easy to carry not so obvious for criminals to suspect that you you have money, but I will solve that by publically media annoucing these cards and make it easy 4 digit pins that can easily be hacked, so criminals will still be bound to attack.
The Final Result
Criminal stealing of these cards, abnd hards cash and bills will run ramopant, so I will suggest something nice and simple at first a smart card with a chip in it that has your id and a gps componant so it can be tracted. thus the card will be used and if stolen people will have to know more about you to use it and plus for your benefit i can find it with gps for you, never thinking I may be using that to track you as well.
These to will soon be easily figured out how to be stolen and used and cheated as well so as with bbefore implanting you with a GPD chip to help find you when your lost or an old peron strays. I will suggest we add to this chip access to your monies.
Nobody can steal the chip that is inside of you and it can be programmed to not be used if you are in certian stressful situations. or in proxinmity to other people with the trackers as well incase of robbery someone forcing you to to get your money to them.

I can now track your every purchase and who you are with and what they purchase, I will say this is for marketing, but really its so I can make sure your not buying things that you can use to rise up against me if you every figure out the control I have over you that you willingly gave me. after all I introduced all these ideas as beneficial to you always toughting how much better and simpler they would make life for you, never denoting the use of population control.
