How to contact a Lit Mod?

Sorry guys. Maybe I'm just missing it but I can't seem to find the option to contact a Mod. I got an "Edited" story sitting in my Pending pile. Meaning, the ending of my original sucks and so I made an update. Not a huge deal but we're way past the 48hr's quoted for Edited version being updated and I just wanted to make sure I hadn't fallen through the cracks.

You aren't asking for "a Mod." You want the single story submission editor, Laurel. You can only contact her through the Private Message system (upper right of this page, if you have PMs turned on). The address is "Laurel."

But you really don't need to contact her yet. Edited submissions go to the end of her "to do" file. Her workload has come to the point where it realistically could take seven-to-ten days for an edit to take effect, so you're ahead of expectation on that. It's an incentive to get it right the first time and not to double up the work here.

Also, this isn't a good place to ask this sort of question. The General Board (as you've just found out) is mostly haunted by folks who have no idea this is a story site and only are here because they aren't tolerated on other discussion boards. Ask this sort of question in the Authors Hangout.

Send a polite PM (Private Message) to Laurel.

She is the only one who approves (or rejects stories).

There is no other way to contact her.

Make sure you have Private Messages enabled in your USER CP.
