Does anyone here know how to block a person, and I do not mean the Ignore feature?

I mean, a way of blocking someone from posting on your threads, PMing you or seeing anything that you post, just as you would do on Facebook.

I'd appreciate any help in this area.

I would be interested in knowing who this is really about, and why.
