How to answer to a message?

Hello, I got an email from Literotica about a user sending me a message.
But I can't find the message on the page and have no idea how to answer.

It came from feedback@literotica.com and said:
This message contains feedback for: DrAhtfunk

Was the message only in the email or can I find it somewhere as a private message? I checked if it was one of the comments of my story, but it wasn't. I would like to answer the question of the user, but I have no idea how. I'm a bit confused

The user should have had to put an email address in for that message to go through. Check the email message there should be two email address one for Lit and one for the person who sent it to you. If there isn't then there's another glitch in the machine that is Lit.

Only if OP has disabled anon feedback in their profile settings. Otherwise, including a reply address is optional.

Yeah, I have anon turned off. But then again, there is no check if the email address is even a valid email address.
