There actually is no such thing as an "anal orgasm." Some may disagree.

What you are looking for maybe "an orgasm during anal sex".

The most effective way is to first, make sure anal penetration feels good. This means enough lube and stretching to prevent painful entry. Then, rub your clitoris, just like you do when you masturbate. It's not cheating and no one will call a foul on you.

I'll disagree only to point out that although the clit, Gspot etc etc are designed and positioned to produce orgasms under certain circumstances a woman CAN have an orgasm from just about any type of physical or mental or emotional stimulation provided she is aroused sufficiently.
