How the HELL????

How is it that the geniuses at Southwest Airlines can lose my baggage. I got back to Cali and only ONE of my bags came down the conveyor belt.... and you can guess the one that wasn't there.... YEP... the one with ALL my toys....

I have tried twice to call them to check on it, and I get an answering machine...

Oh dear. I wonder if it got held up in security because of the toys?

Hope you get it all back again. Whenever I travelled with toys, I made sure they were in my hand luggage, but that isn't so easy anymore.

A always had me pack my toys on the TOP of the suitcase (instead of burried in the bottom where id prefer them) and i almost always end up with a "this bag has been searched for your safety" sticker that all the bags that have been **randomly** searched get. yep. i think its the toys.

On my first overseas flight (ok my first ever flight) to Australia to meet Master Gil my bag flew on to Bangkok without me Luckily I'd packed a change of clothes in my carry on bag so I wasn't entirely without clean clothes!

I got the bag back 3 days later luckily I didn't need many clothes anyway.......

I got a call this afternoon it had arrived, and would be here between 3-7. About 6.30 the courrier called and said he was running late, but I owuld get it by 8.30...

It had my freaking pillow in it....

Did you ever get to sleep? The whole thing sounds awful - but your pillow! (Someone should be suffocated for that one...)

I went for 3 days wearing the same thing at a conference once when they lost my luggage. There is absolutely nothing worse when traveling...

The only thing that appears to be missing is one of the 4 rechargable AA batteries I took for my camera....

There is no searched by TSA sticker... and it was great to have my good pillow back...

I NEVER had that problem with Delta.... Better service on Delta....

I live in Vancouver. My luggage has been to China, Hong Kong and Australia. Sadly, I have not.
