If they're saved on you computer, click on the paper clip and attach.

In a post or a Private Message?
In a post it's easy...
1. if the pic resides on your computer click on the attachment button below this edit box and follow the directions.
2. If it resides somewhere on the web click the image button(icon with the sun over the mountain) and past the URL into the dialog box.
If you want to send a pick in a Private message you have to use the #2 method. The pic has to reside somewhere on the internet.
