Relief was imediate. However now (about a year later) I'm starting to get the old tingly finger thing again. Hope it gets no worse. I don't wear any braces, and I still masturbate regularly. Perhaps it's my own silly fault

I had immediate relief as well, but the pain and numbness came back about a year or so later. It really helps to wear my braces when I type.
