How often do you visit the story section of lit?

I don't make a habit out of it. I enjoy reading things that are written for me, but not erotic stories in general. Now that I am writing a story, it's kind of interesting to check out the new bdsm stories just to see what is being written.

I go to read those that I have read before. I rarely read anyone new unless it is brought to my attention.

Every once in a while I get the urge to read erotica. It's so hard to find the stories that're going to turn me on, though...know what I mean? So many out there are, frankly, pretty dumb...

Actually, I go there pretty frequently. I have a dozen books of erotica at home but I've already read them all, so I turn to Lit for free stories. (Pictures don't do it for me in the slightest.) I only visit certain categories, and then I'll only pick stories that have the "hot" icon. I find that keeps a lot of the crap off my screen, though sometimes I have to go through a few stories before I find one good enough to make me cum. I often open a few stories at once so I can just jump from one to the next if I'm still working on it by story's end, and if one is both good and long then I'll open each page so all I have to do is switch windows and not wait for it to load (I'm on dialup). Lit's my favorite place to read smut.

Aw, nobody's ever written a story for me! I guess if I ever get more than one written, I can start volunteering to write stories for others. Meanwhile, there's just the one...I keep meaning to write more.

I will admit I check out the stories and the Video of the Day a couple times a week.

Don't always find much to read, but I take a look.

I have written one, maybe someday I will finish the second one I have started.

My friends often write stories and I love reading those, simply because I know them and I have more of a connection to the story itself in some way, it gives me insight into their minds, even if it is fiction.

'My own website with my own stories are written by me FOR me, I don't write to entertain anyone else and I write more so to diary my own desires and experiences, and share it with anyone that happens to be interested and have a place to keep it all together to look back on and see what I've learned and how my fantasies have changed. I'm the opposite, sort of. My girlfriend's ex-husband's fiancée is sex writer Hanne Blank, and I just can't read her stuff. I don't know why...it just scares me somehow! My girlfriend has written some stuff that I really enjoy, though.

Never. Its difficult for me to get away from the boards anymore to take the time to read. Although, I will say that I've been PM-ed by a Litster to read his stories and have enjoyed them greatly. But then his writing is more to my preferences.

Rarely, to never. Short story erotica has never done a whole lot for me, with a few exceptions. I'm sure there is some great stuff in there, but weeding through the masses isn't worth the return on the energy spent since erotica is far from a favorite.

I tried that once too, and found out the "Hot" stories were by far the worst ones there. Go figure.

I read the stories frequently and if I find a good one will go back to it... Reading does it for me, always has... Pictures and videos I can take or leave. They just don't tickle the fancy in me like the words do though... Until I found the bulletin board I was reading at least a story or two a day.

And I like the fact that so many people have read my story and probably got off to it... that really turns me on
