How much water do you drink during your day?

Today my wife and I went through four gallons of chilled water, not to mention two bottles of Gator Aide. This doesn't count the two pots of coffee we drank.

Yes it's hot and yes we do drink a bit of water. So how much water do you drink during the day?

I drink approx 1 to 1,5 litres of liquid/day.

Warm summer night, a bunch of friends and a staple of twelve packs is the exception, or course.

I drink a LOT of decaf and green tea - about 10 cups a day, as well as a couple of half-pints of water.

I don't really count. It's a case of whenever I need it. Some days I drink more than others. If I'm thirsty, I drink.

Easily a gallon a day, not counting at least one pot of coffee. I don't drink pop and very rarely drink iced tea.

Not sure. Three mugs of coffee in the morning, four to seven tall glasses of water during the day. Maybe a couple of more on really hot days.

For me it depends on the temperature, humidity, location and circumstances. If I'm on a job, out in the desert, I need a minimum of two gallons per day, just to survive.

Me, too.

I seldom drink plain water, but I go through at least a gallon of decaf iced tea a day, every day, and as much as two-and-a-half gallons during the summer. If I'm out and about I carry a 20 oz gatorade- bottle of Lipton Iced-tea-to-go and a couple of extra tubes of lemon flavor or green-tea-to-go to refill at any handy drinking fountain.

I drink a pint glass of water with every meal then a bit here and a bit there at other times. No tea, no coffee and the odd fizzy drink (say 1 or 2 in a month) I don't get obsessional about it but i try to keep topped up
