Can easily guess why.

Basically they don't allow you to upload pictures of such body parts due to some stupid law that passed years ago.

You can link a picture like the one you uploaded but uploading a picture as you did will only get the picture yanked or a thread deleted if you keep doing what you do.

So find a site you can host the picture on, then link it and you'll be fine.

Post as you are and this won't last long.
