It seems to me from reading these posts that in a married relationship (or life partner) that the male is the dom and the femme the sub. In our marriage, which in all other ways is equal, I am the domme to his sub. He loves this and wouldn't have it any other way, and neither would I. Maybe we are just playing at b&d as we only do light stuff, no real pain. We love dressing up in leather and latex and going to clubs and parties but perhaps we are not true B&D'ers. I'd like to hear from similar women

I'm Domme to My hubby. This is predominantly a M Dom/f sub site. You'd probably feel more comfortable on Fem Domme sites.

There is no manual of how to "do bdsm". Whatever works for the people involved is what's right for them. Also, as time goes on, Your kinks and interests are likely to change. It's all good!

If You'd like some links, PM Me here.

There are actually quite a few Dommes on this board. I'm not one of them. Perhaps one will come along later.

As for not being "real" in your BDSM, that's something we try not to decide for you here. If you and yours are happy with the situations you create, even if it's not the stereotypical "hard stuff" you've hear about, then most of us, would call it all good.

You don't have to be a life-styler to enjoy BDSM or D/s. Everyone has their own level of involvement.

i know of several Domme's on this board, actually. so i'm not sure where you got that it's all Male Dom/female sub.....but either way, BDSM, D/s is what you make of it. and if what you do works for You and yours, well then that's great!!

I'm a switch who's owned by another switch. As you can tell from the word "owned," he's the primary dominant one in our relationship, but that doesn't stop me from taking the role from time to time. I also have a couple of totally submissive play partners. :)
