If you're 4'10" tall then you probably are a little overweight. If you're 6' then you're underweight
Rough guess 5'5"/6" so 81/2 stone sounds pretty well perfect

Well, if you're going to be precise then you should add "at one standard gravity because Kg are units of mass, not units of weight.
(I've forgotten the metric unit of weight offhand, because nobody ever uses it -- but there is a difference.)
Otherwise you're correct to four places of accuracy.
